• inspection and remedial action

• painting walls, woodwork, metalwork, steps, courtyards, roofs

• cleaning inside and outside

• emptying septic tanks etc.

• electrical checks: circuit-breaker, light bulb replacement etc.

• draining and re-filling pools

• checking and filling heating diesel tanks

• gardening, planting, spraying, clearance, pruning, watering

• fruit irrigation and maintenance, processing and storage

• periodic water/oil flushing (solar panels, toilets, diesel heating etc.)

• car, motorcycle, boat storage and maintenance

• insect and vermin removal and prevention

If clients do not live permanently in their home, these can be difficult to organise and inspect from overseas. We can organise these tasks for clients and ensure they are carried out to agreed standards, budgets and timescales.
