Having a house built is likely to be one of the largest financial investments you will make, so it's important that the materials and workmanship are of good quality, progress is checked regularly against the specification, and the construction finishes on time.

Funding

In order to provide a fair payment plan, we spread the cost of construction over the life of the project and request simple stage payments. Each stage must be signed off - with copies to you - before funds are sent for the next stage.

The total cost is spread evenly over 8 months, with 5% of construction cost withheld by you for up to a month until completion of PDI and your inspection / acceptance.
