New unified property tax law is unfair, survey says

An opinion poll conducted by Kapa Research and presented at a conference on Saturday organized by the Hellenic Property Federation, has revealed that 73 percent of respondents believe the new unified property tax law is unfair.

The survey also showed the worsening conditions in the local rental market, where there has been a spike in the number of tenants who either stop or delay paying rent, and property owners who are unable to pay their taxes.
