Recognising a growing trend in our clients, who wish to rent for some months in order to explore before buying property in north west Crete, we have entered into an exclusive arrangement for self-contained accommodation near our offices in Kissamos.

Only available to our registered clients who intend to buy properties in our area, we have negotiated special rates for stays of 3 months or longer at the apartments, which are modern, spacious and close to sandy beaches. They are conveniently located 5 minutes drive from our offices in Kissamos, and 25 minutes from the city of Chania.

The apartments are 35m2 internally, air-conditioned and contain a double bedroom, kitchen, shower room and living room. Each sleeps 3-4 people. There are large private balconies outside, communal gardens with a main swimming pool, children's pool, and laundry facilities.

Monthly rental €
Select the rental period and the start month to find the monthly rental price for the whole stay. For example, if you wanted to rent for 6 months starting in October, your monthly rental would be € 270.

One month's rent is payable in advance, together with a month's rent as a refundable security deposit and € 100 towards your final electricity bill.
