Land prices
Please check when comparing land prices, there are two normal methods for pricing land here in Crete:

• the price for a whole plot	in which case, we show the total price.
• the price per square metre	in which case, we show the estimated total price based on the estimated land area, but remember that the final sale price will be calculated from the actual land area after survey.
