Land prices
Please check when comparing land prices, there are two normal methods for
pricing land here in Crete:

• the price for a whole plot
|
in which case, we show the total price.
|
|
• the price per square metre
|
in which case, we show the estimated total price based on the estimated land
area, but remember that the final sale price will be calculated from the actual
land area after survey.

Repair estimates
In order to help clients calculate the total cost of repairing existing buildings,
we show repair estimates which are a rough guide and exclude new-build costs.
Although we believe these repair estimates are pessimistic, they obviously
depend on clients requirements and the current prices of labour and materials.
Therefore we advise clients to obtain professional estimates before purchasing.
We can take no responsibility if our estimates prove to be inaccurate.
