This delightful 200-year-old stone house was fully restored in 1995, and lies in a sought-after village just 7 minutes from shops and beaches in Kissamos, and 35 minutes from the old Cretan capital city of Chania. There are local beaches and small shops within 3kms, and the famous Falassarna beach is 10 minutes away. The village has two high-quality restaurants, two kafeneions, and a traditional square where the old men still play backgammon in the shade of a large plane tree.

The garden is mature and well-stocked, and has an automatic irrigation system. There are stone-flagged footpaths, a seating area, a vine-shaded pergola, and a shaded entrance yard.
