This pretty little Turkish stone house lies in a small village 10 minutes from beaches at Nopigia and Kolymbari, and less than 25 minutes from the city of Chania.
The house contains a large bedroom/kitchen with fireplace, a roofed entrance, a huge living room, and a bathroom. There are a patitiri (for treading grapes), flower beds and an orange tree in the outside courtyard. There is also private car parking next to the house.
All the heavy renovation work on the house has been finished, needing only some modernisation to complete. The original stone and timber features - including stone arches - have been carefully preserved, and the area around the house has been tastefully paved with local stone.
If over-winter living is required we would advise replacement of the current roofs, hence our estimated repair cost below. The house can also be extended substantially if required.
