This luxury villa is set in a private elevated location among olive groves, just outside a small village 5 minutes from shops and beaches at Maleme, and 30 minutes from the beautiful city of Chania.

To the east side of the plot, a private olive grove with 17 olive trees provides its own top quality olive oil (80-100 litres of oil annually).
