This nearly-complete house is 9kms inland from beaches and shops at Kolymbari, and 20 minutes from Chania. It is in a village with two kafeneions, and has beautiful rural and mountain views.

The house is at road level, and because the ground drops away steeply, the owner has constructed a concrete road down to a huge open basement, which could be enclosed at a later date. It would also be possible to add a further floor on the existing roof, or use it as a huge terrace. Water is connected, and electricity is very close by.

The house comprises an enormous kitchen/living room, a family bathroom, two good-sized bedrooms, and a large storeroom. There is a balcony on three sides of the house.
