Recognising a growing trend in our clients, who wish to rent for some months while buying property from us, we have entered into an exclusive arrangement for self-contained accommodation near our offices in Kissamos.

Only available to our registered clients who are in the process of buying our properties, we have negotiated special rates for stays of 3 months or longer at the apartments, which are modern, spacious and close to sandy beaches. They are conveniently located 5 minutes drive from our offices in Kissamos, and 25 minutes from the city of Chania.

The apartments are 35m2 internally, air-conditioned and contain a double bedroom, kitchen, shower room and living room. Each sleeps 3-4 people. There are large private balconies outside, communal gardens with a main swimming pool, children's pool, and laundry facilities.

Monthly rental €

Select the rental period and the start month to find the monthly rental price for the whole stay. For example, if you wanted to rent for 6 months starting in October, your monthly rental would be € 270.

One month's rent is payable in advance, together with a month's rent as a refundable security deposit and € 100 towards your final electricity bill.
